About TARPS

We are a primarily feline no-kill, all volunteer, all-donation shelter. We have no paid employees and we get no assistance from the state or city.

We are a mostly cage free facility. We feed our animals only no-grain, organic cat food. We have a feral (cat born in wild) sanctuary where cats are rehabilitated to become pets. The ferals who choose not to befriend humans can remain at the shelter with their feline companions and enjoy a safe and healthy life.
